Key Responsibilities:
- Global Financial Oversight: Lead all global finance functions, including management reporting, tax, compliance, and bank covenant adherence.
- Strategic Reporting Development: Spearhead the creation and global roll-out of an enhanced monthly reporting package, ensuring consistency across all regions.
- Audit & External Reporting: Manage and coordinate external reporting and audit processes on a global scale, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Directly managing a high performing team, driving performance and efficiency across the finance team.
- Multi-Geography & Multi-Currency Operations: Navigate the complexities of a fast-paced, multi-geography, and multi-currency environment with ease.
- Travel: Be prepared for periodic international and UK travel as part of your role.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant: Ideally, you are qualified in practice with a large firm.
- Industry Experience: You bring 5-10 years of senior finance experience in the industry, with a strong background in senior group finance roles.
- Leadership Skills: You’ve successfully led and developed finance teams across different regions.
