A dynamic and rapidly growing business in the Morpeth area is seeking a HR Advisor to join their expanding team. Reporting to the HR Director, this crucial role will ensure that their teams are supported and developed across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development planning, employee engagement and relations, performance management, and business growth support.
- Provide high-quality HR advice.
- Ensure accurate data management and empower managers with HR systems.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes.
- Produce monthly reports.
- Administer benefits.
- Manage internal communications, support training and organise company events.
About You:
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards it preferred.
- Experience in a busy HR role.
- Proficient with office products and HR systems.
- Change management and organisational growth.
- Employee relations, TUPE, and line manager training.
- Thrives within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to travel to other office locations when required.
