A dynamic and rapidly growing business in the Morpeth area is seeking a HR Advisor to join their expanding team. Reporting to the HR Director, this crucial role will ensure that their teams are supported and developed across all HR functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR operations throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development planning, employee engagement and relations, performance management, and business growth support.
  • Provide high-quality HR advice.
  • Ensure accurate data management and empower managers with HR systems.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes.
  • Produce monthly reports.
  • Administer benefits.
  • Manage internal communications, support training and organise company events.

 

About You:

  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards it preferred.
  • Experience in a busy HR role.
  • Proficient with office products and HR systems.
  • Change management and organisational growth.
  • Employee relations, TUPE, and line manager training.
  • Thrives within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Able to travel to other office locations when required.
