CIPD is not essential, but a passion for HR and an interest in personal career development is a definite must. Strong communication skills are required for this role as there is lots of line manager liaison. Previous experience using MS Office packages and HR databases is essential to this HR role, as is knowledge and an interest in increasing knowledge of UK employment law. The role is Monday - Friday on-site in Sheffield.
