Responsibilities:
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Assisting with recruitment
- Driving employee engagement initiatives across a regional business
- Supporting the HR Manager with employee relations cases, absence management, and training
Experience required:
- HR assistant/co-ordinator/administrator level experience
- Some exposure to employee relations - grievances/disciplinaries/investigations
- UK Employment law knowledge out into practice - for example assisting to draw up policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills, able to build relationships across a regional business
- Able to drive, with use of a car - occasional travel across the UK is required
- Preferred - CIPD Level 3 or above/studying towards Level 5 or other HR/Business-related qualification
