Logistics Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year (depending on experience)
Location: Huddersfield (with hybrid working)

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager to lead and develop the global logistics operations for an established and growing UK-based company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders, invoicing, and data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and oversee shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and EUR1s.
- Implement and manage export procedures and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate international freight operations and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to international clients.
- Lead, manage, and develop the Logistics Team.
- Organise and run operations meetings, including forecasting with internal teams.
- Support Business Central processes and provide training across the company.
About You:
- 5+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management systems (Business Central experience advantageous).
- Proven ability to optimise transport routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
- Solid understanding of customs, compliance, and international trade regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in working with senior leaders, customers, and partners worldwide.
- High attention to detail, excellent organisation, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team, combined with the ability to work independently.
