As a key member of the HR team, you’ll:
• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead on performance, talent, and leadership development frameworks.
• Be the go-to advisor for employee relations, change management, and HR policy.
• Drive impactful initiatives in equity, diversity, wellbeing, and engagement.
• Optimise HR systems and data to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, workforce planning, and succession pipelines.
• Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and employee empowerment.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR professional.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Confident with HR systems (HRIS), data analysis, and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable:
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
• Experience with HR tech optimisation and compensation benchmarking tools
