CFO (2-3 Days a Week)
Working for a thriving company on an ambitious growth trajectory, seeking a seasoned Fractional CFO to join the team. With a strong foundation and clear vision for the future, they are looking for a financial expert who can help navigate the next phase of their journey, including a potential exit strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial direction to drive company growth and prepare for a successful exit.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, board members, and financial institutions.
- Scaling Operations: Lead financial planning and analysis to support the scaling of operations
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting processes and deliver insightful financial forecasts to guide business decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and ensure sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in leading a business to a successful exit.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Extensive experience in scaling up businesses, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities this entails.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant finance qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are highly desirable.
