CFO (2-3 Days a Week)

Working for a thriving company on an ambitious growth trajectory, seeking a seasoned Fractional CFO to join the team. With a strong foundation and clear vision for the future, they are looking for a financial expert who can help  navigate the next phase of their journey, including a potential exit strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial direction to drive company growth and prepare for a successful exit.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, board members, and financial institutions.
  • Scaling Operations: Lead financial planning and analysis to support the scaling of operations
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting processes and deliver insightful financial forecasts to guide business decisions.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and ensure sustainable growth.


  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a business to a successful exit.
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Extensive experience in scaling up businesses, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities this entails.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Relevant finance qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are highly desirable.
