We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Credit Manager to lead the credit control team of an established and successful South Yorkshire business, while driving process improvements and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the credit control team to ensure timely collection and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
- Evaluate, refine, and implement improvements to existing credit control processes and procedures.
- Conduct detailed process mapping to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to streamline workflows, enhance team efficiency, and optimise cash flow.
- Monitor key metrics and ensure credit policies are adhered to, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance.
- Work closely with senior management to provide insights, reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the development and training of the credit control team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Proven experience in credit management, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
- Background in process improvement, including process mapping and optimisation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
