Pratap Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a business based near Wakefield to recruit an interim Finance Director. This growing business, which prides itself on excellent customer service and a great team culture, requires an experienced interim to step in at short notice to provide support to the Board and wider team, during a period of change.
The interim Finance Director will be responsible for:
- Producing and presenting the monthly Board pack
- Providing commercial and financial insight to influence key decision-making.
- Monthly performance reviews to understand variances to budget
- Managing investor relations
To be successful, in this role you will be:
- An experienced Finance Director and qualified member of an accountancy body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Commercially astute, and technically strong
- Pragmatic and action-orientated
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management experience.
