Interim FP+A Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager for a short term project to support the business following the recent implementation of a new ERP system. This is a high-impact, short-term assignment focused on building robust financial reporting and driving meaningful insights for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the SLT to understand business priorities and reporting requirements
  • Lead the development and enhancement of financial reporting frameworks post-ERP implementation
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable financial insights
  • Collaborate with the Power BI specialist to design and refine dashboards and reporting outputs
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability across new systems
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis where required
  • Provide recommendations to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making processes

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in FP&A roles within complex or changing environments
  • Strong track record of working on ERP implementations or post-implementation projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working at senior leadership level
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear commercial insights
  • Experience working alongside BI / data teams (Power BI preferred)
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Contract Details:

  • Interim / contract role , duration 3 - 6 months
  • Immediate start preferred
  • Flexible working arrangements available
