We are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager for a short term project to support the business following the recent implementation of a new ERP system. This is a high-impact, short-term assignment focused on building robust financial reporting and driving meaningful insights for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the SLT to understand business priorities and reporting requirements
- Lead the development and enhancement of financial reporting frameworks post-ERP implementation
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable financial insights
- Collaborate with the Power BI specialist to design and refine dashboards and reporting outputs
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability across new systems
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis where required
- Provide recommendations to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making processes
Key Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in FP&A roles within complex or changing environments
- Strong track record of working on ERP implementations or post-implementation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working at senior leadership level
- Ability to translate financial data into clear commercial insights
- Experience working alongside BI / data teams (Power BI preferred)
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Contract Details:
- Interim / contract role , duration 3 - 6 months
- Immediate start preferred
