East Yorkshire based, with travel to other sites on occasion. 
£Excellent day rate  (depending on experience)

The Role

We are seeking an Interim Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the finance team during a pivotal phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will provide critical leadership in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading month-end management reporting and variance analysis.
  • Overseeing the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Providing strategic insights to support business decisions, including M&A activities and market expansion.
  • Leading and mentoring the FP&A team to deliver high-quality financial analysis.
  • Collaborating with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support financial planning.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interim financial leadership roles, with significant experience in FP&A or business partnering. Key attributes include:

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a talent for influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and experience with ERP systems.
