About the role:
A varied marketing role with the opportunity to make a real contribution. This growing business operating in the B2B field is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of its marketing strategy and help strengthen its brand and customer engagement.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this is a broad, hands-on position covering digital marketing, content, campaigns, and brand marketing. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day activity and analysis while also contributing to wider campaigns and new ideas.
The role:
You'll be involved across a wide range of marketing activity, including:
- Managing day-to-day website content, social media and email marketing.
- Supporting SEO/GEO activity, digital optimisation and marketing performance reporting.
- Developing content including customer stories, case studies, thought leadership and actual product marketing materials.
- Leading brand consistency, both in external materials and internally.
- Coordinating campaigns to promote the business and generate sales enquiries.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of exhibitions, networking events and customer events.
- Monitoring campaign performance, using insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Liaising with creative, digital and PR agencies and other external suppliers.
- Maintaining marketing schedules, asset libraries and supporting the Head of Marketing with wider projects.

Required experience:
- 2–3 years' marketing experience including digital, ideally gained within a B2B environment.
- Experience within property, industrial or similar B2B environments would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
- A strong communicator, with excellent written skills and a good eye for detail.
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and other external partners.
- Interested in the development of digital marketing, including SEO, GEO and emerging AI technologies.
- Creative in approach, while remaining commercially aware and focused on delivering results
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable taking ideas through to delivery and seeing projects through to completion.
- Proactive and collaborative, with a willingness to contribute across the wider marketing function.
