Our client has an excellent work culture, that forms the foundation of their brilliant services. They are a dedicated team within the clean energy sector. We have a newly created role of Office Operations Manager, pivotal in overseeing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining ISO9001 standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of auditing principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to a team of approximately 20 members, conducting probation reviews, creating Personal Development Plans, and conducting Performance Appraisals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

  • ISO9001 Standards: Ensure the maintenance of ISO9001 standards, play a key role in ISO9001 audits, and work closely with auditors to demonstrate compliance. 

  • Audit Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive audit plans and strategies to ensure thorough coverage of operational processes. Lead and participate in audit engagements, ensuring adherence to I-Track standards and regulatory requirements

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments, identify areas of potential risk, and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.

  • Internal Controls: Evaluate and enhance internal control processes to safeguard the integrity of the quality of work. Recommend and implement improvements to strengthen internal controls and processes.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management clearly and concisely. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit-related concerns and implement corrective actions.

  • Training and Development: Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on professional growth and skill enhancement. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team stays updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO9001 standards and experience in ISO9001 audits.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
