Operations Manager – Healthcare
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + performance related bonuses
Location: Bradford (with hybrid working)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

An award-winning and rapidly growing healthcare organisation is seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to join their forward-thinking team in the heart of Bradford. This is a key leadership role where you will help shape service delivery, drive clinical excellence, and support continuous improvement across primary care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring services are delivered to the highest regulatory and professional standards.
- Provide leadership and support to clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and the leadership team to optimise service performance and enhance patient outcomes.
- Manage KPIs, compliance, and clinical audits to monitor quality and drive improvement.
- Support recruitment, training, development, and performance management of team members.
- Contribute to strategic business planning and client relationship management.
About you:
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a primary care or NHS setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, NHS contracts (DES, GMS, PMS), and healthcare compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience using data to performance manage teams and services.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
- A growth mindset and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
