We’re looking for a proactive Payroll Specialist to join a thriving organisation where you’ll play a key role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately and efficiently whilst dealing with any queries across both manufacturing and retail functions.
This is a permanent, part-time position, 20 - 24 hours!

The purpose of the Payroll Coordinator is to work closely with the external payroll bureau to ensure accurate processing:
- Collating information (timesheets and the time and attendance system) for c1400 employees to be paid monthly.
- Check accuracy before submission.
- Act as the liaison between employees, management, and the external bureau.
- Handle employee queries about payslips, deductions, or benefits.
- Investigate discrepancies, resolve disputes, and manage exceptions (e.g., maternity leave, sick pay, terminations).
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
- Previous payroll experience is essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
- You will be disciplined and self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative.
- The ability to identify and drive change is required.
