A rare opportunity to join a very successful SME business with a creative, positive and growth-oriented culture. The company is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead the performance and analytics marketing division to generate high volume sales growth.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across channels such as PPC, display, social media, email, and other relevant platforms.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for all digital marketing activities. 
  • Prepare weekly management analytics and insights reports into digital marketing performance.
  • Review and monitor all paid advertising campaigns and consider new messages, keywords and audiences for retargeting and to maximise performance. 
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and refine personalised marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, website development and product teams, to develop compelling and cohesive digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including conversion rates, website traffic, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and maximise results.
  • Support the optimisation of landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets to enhance the user experience and drive conversions.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Klaviyo.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and the latest trends in technology and e-commerce.
