We are recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a market-leading, high-growth, private equity-backed company based in Driffield, committed to sustainability and zero waste.
This is a temporary position for 3-4 months, requiring an immediate start, to assist the team through a period of change, migration to a new system.
Duties include:
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and promptly
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with queries from suppliers and internal departments
- General finance administration duties as required
Person:
- You must be available to start immediately or at short notice
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role is essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required
- You will be a confident communicator with a proactive approach
