We're proud to be recruiting for a friendly and professional Receptionist and Administrator to join the Harworth office team in a front-of-house role - providing a welcoming and professional reception to all visitors, while also co-ordinating on-site events and meetings, with some additional admin support duties.
It’s a great opportunity to join a business with a busy but friendly team, working in a highly visible role, and getting to know the entire team, in addition to regular and ad hoc external visitors.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing reception services – meeting and greeting visitors, organising and preparing meeting rooms, and co-ordinating catering and refreshments for meetings.
- Providing support in ordering office supplies such as printer consumables, kitchen and stationary supplies.
- Supporting in the planning of corporate events, and assisting on the day.
- Answering external calls and assisting with enquiries.
- Preparing presentations and assisting with formatting – using MS PowerPoint and Adobe.
- Assisting with the creation of reports using MS Office packages – Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Scanning and filing documents.
