The job:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining strong financial processes and supporting the wider finance function.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties will include:
- Entering customer orders.
- Processing customer invoices accurately and in line with contractual terms.
- Monitoring outstanding receivables and proactively following up on overdue accounts.
- Resolving queries/discrepancies promptly.
- Supporting treasury activities.
- Cashflow monitoring.
- Bank reconciliations and ensuring the timely resolution of variances.
- Supporting foreign exchange reporting and payment processing as required.
- Other ad hoc duties as required to support the finance team.
The person:
- Previous experience in sales ledger is required.
- You will be IT literate.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
