The Job

  • Collating delivery notes ready for invoicing daily
  • Producing and submitting sales invoices via email and the use of Portals
  • Raising and allocating credit notes
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues 
  • Assisting with the month-end process
  • Ad hoc duties to support the wider team

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is required
  • You must be computer literate, including Excel
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential
  • Good communication skills are required
