A large specialist construction company in Barnsley have a vacancy for a Senior Finance Business Partner with a background in contract accounting.

Reporting to the Head of Finance this role will work alongside the commercial team and be responsible for monthly reporting and related analysis along with business partnering support.

Review Key Financial data of live commercial projects ensuring accounting integrity is maintained at period ends
Collate/Summarise information from multiple sites to give an overview analysis to finance and non-financial managers using appropriate analytical tools
Work with Regional Commercial Directors to grow their businesses via bid and tendering support and to manage risk in their project portfolios
Work with the finance and commercial teams and manage the internal controls, processes and procedures
Support any analysis required resulting from M&A activity within the organisation
Produce management accounts information as allocated to support budgets and forecasting
Ensure accuracy of contract working capital reporting
Manage and develop the Assistant Finance Business Partner
