Senior Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist firm based in Sheffield. This role involves full commercial management of infrastructure-related projects, with a focus on NEC 3 & 4 contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate NEC 3 & 4 contracts
- Draft short-form contracts for the supply chain
- Provide project rates and costings
- Manage and negotiate Compensation Events (CEs)
- Set up and track projects in Xero (with finance support)
- Raise invoices, send applications, and manage CVRs
- Maintain commercial trackers and upload to client portals
About You:
- Strong experience with NEC contracts
- Proven QS background, preferably within infrastructure or engineering
- Proficiency in Xero (or similar systems)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
