Tax Accountant - Hybrid working , 3 days office based.

This exciting PE backed business offers you the opportunity to join their high calibre in house tax team. In this role you will be fully supported to enhance and expand your career in tax as you become fully involved in : 

  • Preparation of annual corporation tax computations for UK companies. 
  • Support the year-end tax reporting process under UK GAAP and IFRS including preparation of tax disclosures in the annual statutory accounts. 
  • Calculation of quarterly tax instalment payments for the group. 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in tax accounting. 
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in tax law and accounting principles.
  • Assisting the tax Manager with ad-hoc project/other work as and when required. 
  • Proactively seeking feedback and identifying areas for improvement in processes and procedures

Ideally you will have a strong background in tax, first class analytical skills and you will enjoy working both independently and collaboratively using your strong communication skills to explain tax to both clients and colleagues.
