As part of a global group, you will report to the Vice President for Regional Finance and work partner entrepreneurial Senior Vice President leading the UK business. This is a crucial role for you to take control of the UK finance function, supported by both divisional teams and the wider Group.

Your role will comprise:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with local management teams and become a key member of the Sales & Operations Planning team.
  • Financial Leadership: Provide invaluable expertise in profitability analysis, cost management, pricing strategies, and more.
  • Play a Pivotal Role: Contribute to the build exciting launch of a new factory, helping shape its financial success.
  • Financial Planning Mastery: Coordinate the UK’s financial planning alongside your colleagues across other regions.
  • Complete Financial Control: Manage the full scope of UK financials, from statutory requirements to tax matters.
  • Cash & Capital Management: Oversee liquidity, working capital, and funding, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Diverse Projects: Be involved in ad hoc projects that align with the company’s evolving needs.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, or ACCA) with a strong background in manufacturing. Your experience working within senior management teams will empower you to contribute strategically and financially, bringing insights that drive success. You will be pragmatic, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your high level of integrity and confidence in expressing your opinions will be key to your success in this role.
