Spanish-speaking Administrator - fluency in Spanish & English is essential

Role:

Supporting the company's Spanish representative, you will provide admin support, be the first point of contact for customers in Spain, and translate important documents from Spanish to English and vice versa.

Duties:

  • Provide commercial and customer service support to business customers and end-users in Spain
  • Organise off-site meetings across the country, helping with meeting preparation and planning travel
  • Draft and translate high-quality written commercial contracts, documents and materials
  • Build strong relationships with customers and commercial partners over regular communications
  • Assist customers and management with planning product training and answer product-related queries from customers and end-users
  • Liaise with other internal teams both in Spain and in the UK

Experience:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English both written and spoken
  • An administrative, PA, or customer-service background
  • Ability to travel to Spain on a monthly basis
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills across a diverse team and customer base
