The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring robust reporting on HR activities, performance, and budgets.
  • Staying updated on employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.

Experience Required:

 

  • Proven track record in providing strategic HR guidance in professional services environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives and driving organisational development efforts.
  • Proficiency in managing employee relations matters and implementing effective retention strategies.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
