Finance Manager - Qualified or Part Qualified

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join an exciting, forward-thinking, strategic business supplying globally. 

The purpose of the role is to support the Financial Controller and manage the Group Transactional team including Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, bank administration, cash management and payroll:

  • Responsible for the maintenance of accurate and timely accounting records to comply with internal and external reporting. 
  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities including payroll.
  • Reconciling key control accounts including all bank reconciliations. 
  • Controlling and operating payment processes.
  • Supporting the Financial Controller with the annual budgets.
  • Quarterly VAT returns. 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required. 

This search is not limited to any industry. Previous experience is key to this recruitment:

  • The successful candidate will be qualified or studying toward a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA). 
  • You will have excellent management skills with proven experience of managing an internal transaction team effectively. 
  • You will be a strong communicator with good written and verbal interpersonal skills. 
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and the ability to meet deadlines is essential.
