This exciting role requires a highly knowledgeable and capable generalist HR professional leader who is adept at working with Business Partners to understand the Company’s objectives and construct plans and strategies to help build and improve HR, recruitment performance and talent management and the overall success of the business. The role will lead on Organisational Development and Talent strategies which ensure an inclusive culture and enable an engaged, agile and high performing workforce which role models our values and delivers the best possible outcomes for the business.

What type of person are we looking for?

  • Level 7/5 Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent / CIPD Qualified
  • Ability to quickly adapt and respond to changing circumstances and to operate effectively in an environment of uncertainty or ambiguity
  • Significant experience of strategic and organisational development and talent acquisition, management and development
  • Proven track record of delivering customer focused HR services and can work in an environment of high performance and output
  • Experience of organisation design
  • Extensive knowledge and demonstrable experience of effective measurable organisational and talent development, at a senior level.
  • Sound experience of developing and maintaining trusting relationships with stakeholders and business partners and navigating diverse and sometimes conflicting stakeholder and business partners’ views and interests to deliver successful outcomes.
