This is an exciting new role within a local household name, and I am really pleased to be working with this renowned Lincolnshire business. It is an opportunity to head up and establish a commercial finance team that will bring strategic insight into this prestigious retail organisation, that is currently undergoing a period of significant change. It is therefore is a really exciting time to be joining them, initially on a 9 month contract that has the potential of permanency.
You will be immersed in all elements of the commercial finance and the financial planning process, providing strategic insights and driving the financial decision making process across the group. This role is a blank canvas but will encompass :

To succeed in this role you will be self starter with significant commercial finance experience acquired ideally within a large corporate organisation where you can demonstrate a significant track record in " value add". You will be a qualified accountant who enjoys a challenge and has the personality drive and enthusiasm to lead from the front and collaborate with stakeholders across all areas of the business.
