The business has ambitious plans for growth and requires an experienced talent professional who is experienced in working with small businesses to understand company objectives and construct plans and strategies to improve recruitment performance and talent management and the overall success of the business.
The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead Talent strategies which ensure an inclusive culture and enable an engaged, agile and high performing workforce which role models our values and delivers the best possible outcomes for the business.
- Leading on talent acquisition through partnering with the business
- Responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, identifying process improvement,
- recruitment and attraction methods and tools to attract top calibre candidates
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to generate multiple candidate streams
- Formulate all job descriptions and recruitment adverts alongside line managers
- Manage agency PSL relationships
- Act as first point of contact for all ongoing talent acquisition
- Design an onboarding process across the business
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience driving recruitment in a fast-paced organisation, experience in engineering, manufacturing / production or R&D would be desirable
