The role will work alongside the senior leadership team to drive team and individual performance through the application of key HR projects. Supporting the delivery of the employee relations strategy and related initiatives.
You will be responsible for overseeing a number of key HR projects as the business transitions through an exciting period of change.
The ideal candidate, you will be a HR generalist with experience of working in a fast-paced organisation, experience in engineering, manufacturing / production or R&D would be desirable
